Prohibited Activities and Businesses
BullSwipe does not permit the use of its platform for any activities, transactions, or businesses that are unlawful, unethical, or inconsistent with applicable regulations, international standards, or BullSwipe’s risk and compliance framework. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Illegal or Regulated Activities
Any activity, product, or service that violates applicable local, national, or international laws, regulations, treaties, or conventions, including those relating to environmental protection, public health, safety, and labor standards.
2. Weapons, Explosives, and Military Materials
The manufacture, sale, trade, or distribution of weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, or any military-grade equipment or materials.
3. Hazardous, Toxic, or Restricted Materials
The production, storage, transport, or large-scale commercial use of hazardous chemicals, radioactive substances, asbestos, nuclear materials, or other dangerous materials subject to regulatory controls or international bans.
4. Environmental and Wildlife Violations
- Trade in wildlife, wildlife products, animal fur, bones, ivory, or endangered species regulated under CITES or similar frameworks
- Commercial logging in primary or unmanaged forests, or trade in forestry products sourced from such areas
- Illegal mining, quarrying, or processing of metal ores or coal
- Illegal dumping, discharge, or release of pollutants into air, land, or water
- Unauthorized activities in protected natural reserves or restricted environmental zones
5. Human Rights Abuses
Any activities involving forced labor, exploitative labor practices, child labor, slavery, human trafficking, or the trade of human organs.
6. Drugs and Controlled Substances
The manufacture, distribution, or trafficking of illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances, including precursor chemicals used in the production of synthetic drugs.
7. Fraud, Financial Crime, and Market Abuse
- Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or fraudulent investment programs
- Unauthorized money exchange, unlicensed forex trading, binary options, derivatives, options, or hedging activities
- Trading in bearer shares, bearer bonds, or similar anonymous financial instruments
- Diamond trading without valid Kimberley Process certification
- Counterfeit goods or forged documentation
8. Gambling and Betting
Unlicensed or unauthorized gambling activities, including but not limited to:
- Offline betting, casinos, bingo, horse racing, or sports betting
- Online casinos, poker, betting platforms, lotteries, prize draws, scratch cards, or gift-card based wagering
9. Adult, Obscene, or Exploitative Content
The creation, distribution, or monetization of indecent, obscene, or exploitative content, including child sexual abuse material or any content involving sexual exploitation.
10. Corruption and Bribery
Offering, giving, soliciting, or receiving bribes, kickbacks, gifts, or benefits intended to improperly influence business decisions or public officials.
11. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality Violations
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of intellectual property without proper rights or licenses
- Illegal use, disclosure, or exploitation of confidential or non-public information
12. Cultural Heritage and Antiquities
The trade, export, or transfer of cultural artifacts, antiquities, sculptures, statues, archeological items, or protected heritage objects without proper authorization, including items originating from conflict or restricted regions.
13. Cybercrime and Privacy Violations
- Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
- Data theft, hacking, malware distribution, or other cybercriminal activities
- Unauthorized interception, surveillance, or monitoring of communications
- Practices or technologies that violate privacy, data protection, or surveillance laws
14. Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, and Banned Products
The manufacture or trade of pharmaceuticals, pesticides, herbicides, ozone-depleting substances, or consumer products that are subject to international bans, phase-outs, or regulatory prohibitions due to safety concerns.
15. Nuclear, Biological, and Emerging High-Risk Technologies
- Development, operation, or trade involving unregulated nuclear facilities
- Proliferation of biological or chemical weapons
- Artificial intelligence systems or technologies that are prohibited, unethical, or restricted under applicable laws or international agreements
