Crypto transaction screening: what it checks and why it matters
Crypto transaction screening looks at wallet and transaction activity for signs that may need further review. It is one part of understanding risk, alongside knowing who is using an account and protecting access to it.

What is crypto transaction screening?
A crypto transfer has more to it than an amount and a destination. Screening examines available information about transactions and the wallets involved to help identify activity that may need a closer look.
This guide explains the concept. For the details of a particular BullSwipe transfer, use the information in your app or contact support.
What can prompt a closer look?
The FATF’s virtual-asset guidance describes indicators such as unusual transaction patterns, amounts or frequency without a clear business explanation, and questions about the source of funds. Information about the sender or recipient can also matter.
These are signals to consider in context. A signal can raise a question; it does not, by itself, establish what happened or prove wrongdoing. Screening supports a review rather than replacing it.
Is screening the same as identity verification?
No. Identity verification concerns the person using an account. Transaction screening concerns activity and risk. Login security concerns who can access the account. They address different questions.
BullSwipe may request identity details and supporting information during verification. The verification FAQ explains what may be requested. Our account-security guide explains how these different checks fit together.
What does this mean when you send crypto?
A screening result is not a guarantee that a transfer is safe or will be approved. It also does not replace checking the supported asset, network and destination before sending.
For BullSwipe withdrawal steps, start with Crypto transfers and the crypto-withdrawal guide. Keep the transaction details available if you need to ask about a transfer.
Where can you ask about your own account?
For an account or transaction question, contact support@bullswipe.com or use the support form. Explain what happened and include the relevant transaction reference when available.
Never include passwords, authentication codes or wallet recovery phrases. The support guide explains how to make your question clear while keeping sensitive information private.
